Ele by Federico & Karl, The Star Sydney’s newest and more luxurious signature dining venue. Ele delivers a progressive fine dining experience like no other transporting guests and draws inspiration from the elements of fire, water, earth, and air.

We are looking for a Venue Manager to lead Ele and continue creating memories for our guests and team members. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire venue operation in partnership with Federico Zanellato & Karl Firla, Executive Chefs ensuring a positive and exciting environment where flawless delivery and execution of product excellence and service are paramount.

  • Maintaining a constant presence on the floor by recognising our guests
  • Leading the day-to-day operations, meeting the quality, standards, and exceeding expectations of all guests
  • Reviewing and analysing the daily operational needs maintaining beverage, labour, product and expenses on budget
  • Empowering the team to continuously deliver an inspiring experience in line with our service culture
  • Attracting and developing talent and owning the performance of your team

What are we looking for?

  • Experience in managing high-end award-winning restaurants
  • Proven leadership experience and the ability to develop large teams including succession planning, retention, and growth strategies
  • Demonstrated ability in developing positive relationships and driving change
